How do I place an order?

What is your return policy?
We do not provide a return policy unless there would be an issue with the order. We provide detailed information about our packages and cannot take financial responsibility for a wrongly placed order, therefore please contact us beforehand if you have any doubt about the measurements or furniture provided in your package.
What customisation options do you offer?
Within our preset packages such as this one, we provide limited customisation such as additional chairs, bed sizing, additional bedrooms and optional packages like outdoor and decoration. If you are looking for full customisation please select the customisation package.
When will I get my order?
Orders can arrive as quickly as 2 weeks when selecting from our Express Delivery Package, however in any other case we try our best to get your furniture within 4-8 weeks, depending on the package selected.
What guarantee do I have?
We provide a 2 YEAR warranty on all of our packages.
Is the payment secure?
