Welcome to FurniturePackage.eu. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of furniture packages and services from our company. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Information

2. Eligibility

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable laws.

3. Orders and Custom Packages

Orders can be placed through our website. Each furniture package is available as shown or can be customized according to client preferences.
Before confirming the order, all relevant product information—including styles, materials, dimensions, and delivery times—will be clearly communicated.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if there are issues with availability, pricing errors, or if the order violates our policies.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of placing the order. We accept secure payments via third-party providers (e.g., SureCart, Stripe).

5. Shipping and Installation

Shipping and installation are free of charge for all packages.
Delivery times vary depending on the package selected. Some packages may be available in as little as 2 weeks, while others (especially customized packages or those involving out-of-stock items) may take up to 4–5 weeks.

Installation is currently only available in Spain, and is performed on the same day as delivery. The client or a representative must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. We plan to expand installation services to the rest of Europe by 2027.

6. Return Policy

We operate a non-return policy for all our furniture packages and add-ons unless the product is defective or does not conform to the agreed quality standards.

Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or defective products (not due to misuse or customer handling)

  • Issues related to quality, materials, or manufacturing defects

All claims must be documented upon delivery (photo/video evidence). If the claim is valid, we will offer either a replacement part or a full replacement of the affected product at no extra cost.

Please note:
We do not accept returns due to a change of mind regarding color, size, or finish. We offer material and color samples upon request prior to finalizing the order to ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Warranty

All of our furniture packages include a 2-year warranty that covers:

  • Defects in materials

  • Structural issues

  • Faults not caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect

We will replace or repair any item covered by this warranty at no cost to the customer.

8. Add-On Products

Additional items, including outdoor furniture, decoration sets, and home essentials, can be added at checkout or purchased separately. All add-ons are subject to the same payment, delivery, and warranty terms.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

We are fully committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By placing an order or using our contact forms, you consent to the processing of your personal data, which is used solely for:

  • Processing and fulfilling orders

  • Customer communication

  • Appointment scheduling

10. Limitation of Liability

Furniture Package S.L. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or products, including but not limited to delivery delays, product availability, or installation issues beyond our control.
